Using Photography in your Space Art

I've been really getting into landscape photography over the past few months. I've gotten lots of really great images from the area I live. I wanted to do something a little different with some of those shots so I decided to try using one in a space image. I used a photo I took of Red Rock Canyon outside of Las Vegas,NV recently and started drawing and layering my spacescape over top of it. There isn't really a specific story behind this image but it was something I was inspired to create. I haven't done one in awhile and was really feeling the bug.

Elder Scrolls Online Retouch

I decided to play around with editing some screenshots in one of my favorite games at the moment, Elder Scrolls Online. Here is one in particular that I'm very happy with the result. Take a look at the before and after on this image. Click the image to open them up in a larger size.

Earths End

It's been a long time since I've made anything new. I happened to come across some old Bob Ross shows the other day and it really reignited my passion again. I've done two pictures in the past week now which is more than I've done in the past year.

I made my own version of how the Earth will end. Several billion years from now, the Sun will begin to grow into a Red Giant. When it does, it will swallow up the inner planets and it will roast our little world along the way.

Supernova

I know most of us have seen computer simulations of supernovas in tv shows and movies but is that what it would really look like? I have no idea since I've never seen one myself. This is what I see in my head when I think of a supernova. It may not be exactly what you see but I hope you enjoy it.

A Sinful Print
